• Payments must be made as per the terms shown on the platform
• Delayed or failed payments may result in booking cancellation
• Pulp Hotels is not responsible for bank charges or payment gateway issues

• Cancellation and refund policies are governed by hotel or supplier rules
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the stated policy
• Certain fees may be non-refundable
